出国留学预备学院教育培养机制

Education Training System of Study Abroad Institute

西南财经大学以经济学和管理学学科为主体，金融学科为重点，拥有教育部批准设立的国家经济学基础人才培养基地、国家大学生文化素质教育基地和国家级社科研究基地，以及金融学、工商管理、会计学、财政学、统计学、财务管理、国际经济与贸易、法学、英语等人才培养基地。365外围投注网站是中国留学服务中心与西南财经大学合作共建的西南地区首家出国留学培训基地。出国留学预备学院依靠我校重点财经大学的背景优势，坚持“国际化方向，人性化教育”，力求培养具有“经世济民、孜孜以求”的西财精神的优秀人才。

Management and Discipline construe the main academic body of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, while Finance is the key subject. SWUFE has established National Economics Basic Training Base, National College Students Literal Quality Education Base, National Social Science Research Base with the approval of the ministry of education, along with training base for finance, industry and commerce administration, accounting, finance, statistics, financial management, international economy and trade, law, English, etc. Study Abroad Institute is the only Study Abroad Training Base joint_constructed by Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. 在师资上，学院严格选拔国内外优秀专业课教师，组成了一支由外籍专家、具有留学经历和超强业务水平的中方骨干教师组成的教学队伍。在教学上，学院按照对方院校的标准、水准，精心设计课程体系和教学内容，严格教学规程和管理。

Our academy boasts an excellent professional team, including experienced foreign teachers, educational experts and Chinese teachers who specialize in language training. We have tailored our courses to the same standard of those in foreign schools, with more exactitude and more flexibility, which way would be more suitable for our Chinese students.

我院教学体系设计有三大块：专业学分课程、EAP海外桥梁课程、标准化英语培训课程

We have divided our study in three quarters: Specialized Courses; EAP Bridge Courses; Standard English Training.

（1）专业课程—学分认证

Specialized Courses—credits authentication

根据目前与国外大学达成的协议，我院开设的课程涉及专业课程、桥梁课程和语言培训课程。其中专业课程与国外大学接轨，学生在我院学习合格后，所获学分获国外大学豁免，即经过在我院的一年或两年的专业学习，语言达到所到国家签证标准、对方院校语言标准，可以直接入读相应年级。授课内容、课程的材料、教学方式和教师资质都由我校及对方院校批准和认可，学分豁免课程的学习系统地做好了出国留学的准备，在学术、文化适应及自我规划上全面与国外大学接轨。

According our contracts with foreign schools, we have divided our study in three quarters: Specialized Courses; EAP Bridge Courses; Standard English Training, among which specialized courses are tailored to those in foreign schools. Students would gain access to the foreign universities after he/she finishes one or two years of study in our academy, qualifies for the English requirement and academic standard of corresponding school. The contents, materials and method of teaching are all approved and certificated by our academy and foreign schools. The specialized courses have prepared our students for their overseas study, academically, culturally and personally.

（2）桥梁课程—顺利承接

EAP Bridge Courses—Connection

桥梁课程旨在帮助学生提高专业语言能力，到国外大学后能够迅速适应大学的学习和生活。例如EAP课程，全称English for academic purposes.即进入国外大学学习专业课之前的英文必备课程，它不是传统意义上简单的英文应试和培训，而是根据国外大学专业课要求整体提高学生语言整体能力和实力的学术英语类课程，是学生能否进入某些国外大学和能否在进入大学后顺利地完成学业的一步，EAP课程更是节省留学费用的一环。

The bridge program aims for the improvement of students English ability, which in a way helps students smooth their way in a foreign country, like EAP, short for English for Academic Purposes, which is the essential course before a student in foreign countries, enters the specialized courses. Its unlike the traditional English training for test_skills or ability; its a kind of academic English training which aims for the improvement of students overall language ability based on the professional requirements of foreign schools. It is an essential step before students embark on their college study or even after, saving costs as well.

（3）语言课程—综合提升

Standard English Training—Comprehensive Improvement

语言课程的目标是帮助学生通过标准化语言考试（托福或雅思），关系到学生能否达到国外大学的录取要求。语言课程特色是以由浅入深、以易克难、循序渐进的教学方法，逐渐引导学生掌握雅思、托福应试技巧模式，在不断强化训练的过程中，使学生迅速地提高英语应试能力；另外，依据不同阶段、不同课程内容，设置大中小班、中外教搭配、个别辅导等多种模式，力求使我们的学生真正地达到国外大学对学员综合素质能力的要求。

Standard English Training is designed to help students pass their Standard English tests, in this case, TOEFL or IELTS. Its closely related to the admittance of students in a foreign school. The training is progressive and systematic. It teaches the students how to grasp the essential test_skills of TOEFL or IELTS, through an intensive strengthen training. In the end, it results the improvement of students overall English ability. In addition, we have set up different sizes of classes, ranging from small class to VIP tutoring. We are determined to do what we can to help students meet the requirement of comprehensive abilities set by foreign schools.

出国留学预备学院教研办组织全院2011级新生在西区教学楼201教室召开了雅思报名指导课。教研办学生工作部负责老师仔细为学生讲解了雅思报名流程，在线支付流程以及相应注意事项，并叮嘱和协助所有同学在8月15日前完成了缴费及报名。图为同学们认真听讲：
